Hello Every one it has been 6 months since my Surgery today and I have lost 93 pds. to date. I am very happy about that. I was 361 and now I am 268. I am hope by the time I have my 6 month check up with the surgent on the 30 of October I will be in the 250 somethings pray for me please. I go to the GYM Monday through Thursday and do 30 minutes on the Ellipitcal and 20 minutes on the Treadmill. I drink my water as much as I can. Is there any other things that I could be doing to loss fast? Thanks Sherri

Happy 6 months! Sherri, you have been doing incredibly well. My only advice is to make sure you're eating enough on the days that you work out, and try to vary your workout routine. Your muscles are probably very use to it by now and you need to switch it up so you can burn more. Maybe up the incline or try the bike or get in the pool? Does your gym have classes? With the kind of stamina you have, you could easily do a class! Good luck!!

Sheri, Congrats on your success!! I too hit my 6 month anniversary today. Down 113 pounds - I started at over 500 pounds ; am just under 400 now. Still have a long way to go but every couple of days discover some small thing that I couldn't do 6 month ago. I have just tried to add a bit more activity to anything I do. I park farher away from the door at the store, I move around more if I'm standing in line or waiting at the copy machine kind of thing, I do isomeric exercised for tummy and back-side while driving, Arm and leg exercises while watching TV. They say that "nervous" people burn more callories that sedate people. I am still working to increase my stamana but, from past experience, movement and exercise supported by a good healthy diet has done the best for me to get the weight off and get my body in shape. Good luck on your continued success!! Cahy
