thoughts on pictures

I was talking to a 4 yr post-op the other day. She encourages people to take nude pictures of their bodies as well as clothes progress pictures. Just keep them for yourself, or share if you feel like it. She shares hers. I never took a full-view nude picture when I was big. I never took a nude picture period! But now I kind of wished I had, just to see how my skin progressed and how my body changed. With computers now I can just black out all the R-rated parts. I took all of my pics in spandex, hoping that that would be good enough. Now the spandex is too big and not showing my rolls like it used to. So, did any of you take the nude pictures before/after? Did you find them helpful? Do you wish someone had told you to pre-op?

Hey Jenn-I didn't take any nudes. Don't know if I wished I did or not. Anyway....I just checked out your profile....I have a dacshund too!!! Red short hair too! Her name is Greta. Love her lots and lots! Great lap dog. Sharon

I have no nude pics either. Hard enough to look in the bathroom mirror or have pictures taken with clothes on! I am getting less upset about pictures with the clothes on and will need to post some soon. I also have dacshunds---two of them. One black and tan who need WLS and one blue eyed dapple who is very skinny and a sweet heart. Julia

I didn't do nudes but did take some pics just for me with my belly showing - you know the whole panni thing - wanted to be able to look back and see how much it has gone away. I find I look in the mirror more and am seeing how much my back flub has reduced and how wrinkled my tummy is getting. Boy will I need a TT when I'm done. Just checked out your site for some new pics and you look great girl - that pic on Sep 23 is awesome. I'm envious - I'm 175 and still in a 16 - 18. (some 14's) I'm not as tall as you I guess only 5' 1". You're lookin hot girl!!!! Carolyn

EEEK..... NO NO NO nudies. Oh my gosh, I could never. I would just die if anyone ever saw them. I don't see anything wrong with doing it if you want to have them but I just could never do it.
