Thumbs UP - Thumbs DOWN ??

Let's see.... Thumbs up: I lost almost 7 pounds this week. Thumbs down: because I am sick with a cold. Thumbs up: Tomorrow is my Birthday and I am going to Windsor Casino. Thumbs down: but, I am sick with this stupid cold. Thumbs up: Going to fashion bug to buy a nice outfit for Casion. Thumbs up: taking a 1/2 day off work. Thumbs up: it's Friday. Thumbs down: hit an 8 point buck on the highway with the jeep and there is $8000 in damage and won't get the Jeep back for 2 weeks. Have to drive compact rental car. Thumbs up: I fit in the compact rental car...hahahaha Thumbs down: killed the deer Have a nice weekend Ladies!!!

Thumbs up - 1.lost 2 lbs since Monday, platu has ended for now 2. exercised 4 days this week 3. only 4 pound to go before I make it to onederland 4. It's friday 5. got my water in this week 6. Husband bought me a bike 7. fit into a size 14 pant 8. bra getting too big 9. people are really noticing how good I'm looking Thumbs down - 1. too many plans for this weekend can't fit them all in 2. Daughter is sick hope I don't get it 3. I'm not sleeping well...

Hmmm.. Thumbs up- I am steadily losing weight and haven't plateued since 3 weeks post op. Thumbs down- Most of the time I can't see the big difference in myself. Thumbs up- My size 12 jeans were getting loose on me Thumbs down- I bought a another pair of size 12 jeans on clearance and they buttoned but it wasn't pretty! Thumbs up- I talked to dh a few times this week. Thumbs down- After Oct 1st I won't hear from him for awhile

Up: Lost 2 lbs this week Fit into a booth at Red Lobster, really, truly fit...had room between me and the table Went shopping...cried tears of joy because I bought a size 16 skirt, and a 14/16 blouse! Wowwie wow wow!! Support group was fantastic! Down: Sugar cravings. Unfortunately, I've picked up a tootsie roll habit. I need to QUIT. I don't dump on sugar apparently... Hair still falling out...BUT, its slowing, so that's an "up" too Overall a great week!!
