Tinkerbell's Thursday plan
I look and post on the over 50 board and one of the gals there has named her pouch "Rufus". Others have followed suit and named their pouches. mine has been dubbed Tinkerbell.
I find that I do much better when I plan my meals and activity the night before so maybe it will help me stick to plan and help others to share so here goes:

Cathy &
LOL naming your pouch.... hmm... thats interesting. Im not creative enough to give mine a name lol!
So far today (Thursday)
B- AchievOne protein drink 20 gram protein, 120 calories
L - 3 Slices deli Ham 11 gram protein, 60 calories and 1 2% Milk Cheese Stick, 7 grams of protein, 90 calories = 18 grams of protin, 150 calories
D- I dont' know yet
I try not to snack on anything. I try to stick to a very low carb diet and keep my calories below 500. I also exercise my butt off at least 3-4 times a week. I'm working on going 5 times a week. I do the treadmill calorie burner option for 32 minutes burning roughly 315 calories and then the elliptical on the weight loss option for 32 minutes burning about 400 calories depending on how hard I push myself. This makes for a great sweaty workout.
I've taken all vitamins and medicine (prevacid, actigall)
Water hasn't been good thus far, but the day is still young!
The night before surgery, I weighed 366lbs and today I'm at 250lbs solidly. I've gone from a 4x teeshirt to an XL, jeans have gone from a very tight stretch 28 (probably should have been a 30 or even a 32) to a baggy 22 tight 20 - I guess I'm inbetween sizes.
Congratulations to you Cathy and Tinkerbell - It sounds like you two have a great relationship! Keep up the hard work!
