My surgeon had there webpage updated this week and I thought this might help some of us who are thinking that we are losing slower than others. It did me I see that I'm just about where I should be considering that I haven't been able to do the excercising I thought I could do because of my knee and now the pools closed so I'm not even doing that. I need to stop procrastinating and get to the indoor pool. I also do bettter than with written words than graphs. thnks needed that I i am where i suppose to be but it seems like others are alot faster but I am happy with 60 right now yeaaa half way there .

I love this because according to it I am way ahead of where I should be 286 starting we're at almost 6 months so I should be between 45-60 lbs and I've lost almost 86!!! hell I was hoping for 100 by 6 months (doubtful but I am ever the optimist)

Does this mean that I can only expect to lose 120 lbs? I don't think so... I am determined to lose at least 200, hopefully more. I do appreciate the information, though. I guess I'd better start working out harder. Here's to a great kick start to a new life. Dotsie
