Friday thumbs up, thumbs down

C'mon and play everyone!! Thumbs Up: I feel great! I went to the gym twice this week and will be going again this weekend I lost 2 pounds so far this week! This is HUGE for me! Weighing less than I ever have since 11-12 years old. Have to return 2 new shirts to get a size M Marriage doing better this week I am the smallest member of my family Had a video chat with my family last night (for the first time) and they couldn't stop telling me how nice I look. It made my day! Thumbs Down: Have to spend $5 to return said clothes to get a size M Didn't go the the gym as much as I wanted to Indulging in too much coffee (Pumpkin spice, ya'll!) Working on getting more water, but not sure I'm getting as much as I want to Way more Pros than Cons this week! I feel amazing!

I wanna play. Thumbs up. Hit Onederland this week. Thumbs down, very hard to keep food down this week,getting most protein from powders. Thumbs down,Weight loss is really slow right now, inches coming off though. Not a bad week, just alot of pukeing. Starting weight 291 Current weight 198

Friday thumbs up: 1. The most exciting of them all is that my sister got approved for her WLS 2. She got a date Oct 16th....... 3. I am down 93lbs 4. I am getting along better with my boyfriend (PMS) is a Mother#$%@#. 5. I went out with my friends this past friday and danced with no back pain. 6. I can fit in a 14-16 misses jeans 7. getting in more water Friday thumbs down: 1. I ate a few (3) toostie rolls this week...the bite sizes (PMS) 2. did not exercise 3. salt cravings 4. did not take my vitimans everyday. 5. need to make better food choice So this week I had more ups then downs...... 351/258/190 Keep in mind I am 6"2 lol

btw where is westminster VT? I grew up in northern NH.. woodsville it's on rt 302 on the VT boarder just north of Hanover and south of littleton..

Westminster VT is about 20 miles north of Brattleboro. I grew up in NH also, Keene. I am about a hours drive to Hanover. My neurologist is in Hanover. Woodsville I have never heard of but littleton I have. Most of my doctors are in NH, My neurologist, my cardiologist, my endrocrinologist and my ENT doctor. LOL My surgeon is in Brattleboro which is where I had my surgery.

yea I used to work at DHMC LNA Woodsville is due north of Hanover on rt 10.. I had tons of wedding photos taken on the green in hanover Woodsville is a junction town we have rt 10, rt 302, rt 112 all meet and we're just over the river from I-91 .. exit 17 heck if you ever drive that stretch at night on I91 north 1 mile before exit 17 you will see a line of gaurd rail's on your left missing reflector's.. courtesy of yours truly about 10 years ago..
