Halloween Goals
My Halloween Goal is to go to the gym 3-5 times a week in the month of October and walk my 2 miles a day again. I haven't gotten back into the swing of exercise since my health problems in August. I don't have a weight goal for October because my goal for this month is to hit the century mark by the end of this month. I am only 8lbs away from that goal now. My next big goal is to weigh 199 or less by Christmas. That gives me from 10/1 to 12/25 to lose 24lbs. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I know I can, I know I can.....lol.

I had originally set a goal of under 170 by halloween but I've been on a major plateau - my first one - boo hoo so not sure if I will make it - need to break the plateau. Any suggestions??? Unfortunately my hunger is back and that is bad - dealing with having to adjust my eating habits now to healthy choices rather than just not being hungry. Seems I can eat more now too. God help me I'm so scared of failing.
Wish me luck - at this point I'll probably be happy to hit 175.
