Does anyone use any hot liquid protein drinks like coffee or hot chocolate? If so, are they good and where do you get them? Thanks Denise

You can make your own but a warning, protein powder clumps and changes flavor at about 140 degrees. While I heat 2 to 4 oz water in the microwave for a minute (mine heats to below a boil at about 60 seconds), I use another 4 to 5 oz hot tap water, add a generous spoonful of instant coffee, 1 pkt splenda a scoop of unflavored protein powder and blend in a blender or my magic bullet till smooth pour into a mug and then pour in the hotter microwaved water. My coffee mug holds 12 oz of liquid. It is foamy like a latte. Use chocolate protein powder with heated milk for hot chocolate but check the temp of the milk if it is over 140 degrees, tops it will lump. You can also add sugar free syrup in your choice of flavors a tsp full or to taste for a more exotic taste. Hope you will try it and enjoy.

I bought Matrix Chocolate and mix it with 3oz cold water. Then I slowly add in the ho****er, stirring as I go. Good hot chocolate. For coffee, I do the same with IDS Vanilla-Cinnamon (sub coffee for ho****er) and it acts like a sweetner and creamer in one. I still add splenda though. I bought a Senseo single-serve coffee maker (you know, with the pods?) and it heats up water really fast. My crappy microwave takes a least 2.5 minutes.
