Hey April board!

Well, I weighed myself this morning and the scale now reads 299 lbs!!! I'm in the 200's!!!!!!!! I can not believe it. In my profile I have a before and now....BIG DIFFERENCE! I'm doing great and feel just awesome!

Gus: Just read your profile. You look fantastic and I know you must feel it too. Congrats on your victory. You have really been an encouragement to me (long distance) to join a gym and work out (4 weeks now). Steph

Hey Gus, I dont post often enough but I really wanted to congratulate you on your success thus far doesnt it feel so great I was 338 when I started and it was a great feeling to get under 300, now I am just 1 pound away from my 100 mark and I really can not wait I really really am so much happier now then I have ever been.....This surgery is definently a god sent gift from above.....Keep up the great work you will be at goal before you know it...... best wishes Lisa
