Ugly problem

I can honesty say since surgery I have went on my own w/o supp or lax literally 4 time 3 of which I had these last 2 weeks not to be gross and that si only because I have been living off broc on pot and broc salad and I know that is helping me go I know it but my 2 prblem s are constipation and hair loss big time
