You can join and keep track of everything you eat. It will break it down into a pie chart for you, and tell you how much cal, fat, protein, and carbs you ate each day. You can also track exercise and water. I love it, but then again, I am a tad obsessive-compulsive.
Up your water intake by 8 oz at least and try an additional protein shake.
