well I did it
Hi ya all.
I started back at the YMCA last night. New semester. I am taking weight training on M & W. And aerobics on T & Thr. I hope this too starts my weight moving faster. I have been stuck for almost 3 freaken weeks!!!!
I want to be a size 16 by my birthday Sept. 30th. I am now a loose 20.
I started at 301 and I am now 230. I want to be 210 by the 30th if not less.
WE CAN DO IT!!!!
