My four months check up

Anywho, probably one of the main reasons that I lost so quickly because I had some nasty complications and had to go back and forth with liquids (I wrote all about it in my profile).
But last month, I joined the gym and have been going 3 - 5 times a week. Nothing too involved, just the treadmill and a few machines for the trouble spots, but since I turn 47 tomorrow, I am not looking to overdo it exercise wise. I did set the treadmill to the weightloss program and found that it was too easy for me so I have been doing the cardiovascular program. I see all the young people running on the treadmill and I am content to walk my mile or so in a half hour!
Oh, and the other thing is that I started heavier, at 326, so I think we tend to lose more at first (I could be wrong, of course!).

Hey that is great! I have lost 57 poinds so far, am kind of at a stand still for the past 3 weeks, feeling kind of bummed. I started the gym last week and I am going three to 4 times a week along with lots of walking....still worried about only losing 3 pound this whole month but really happy for you!! :-D You go girl!
