I just want to reach out and hug you We all go through the blues, you are not alone... Cheer up though, because if you are doing what your Dr says then you will lose! I've noticed every month when I have my period it takes a week and a half for the weight to start droping off again and boy does it drop!
I find the best thing to pick up my spirits is to help someone else.... get out and volunteer. There are so many organizations that would love the help and you'll meet people who beleive in the same things you do.
Find something that you've always wanted to try like horseback riding, or swimming and go do it.

Hi Vi,
You didn't give specifics as to what it is you are doing regarding nutrition and excercise. I've lost almost 60lbs and I am please with the results so far. Are you getting in all of your protein, water and excercise? You may need to change a few things in your routine to help boost your metabolism. You may also want to see a nutritionist as well to teach you how to have a balance diet.

I have been doing good with water and eating has not been a problem. i try really hard to eat meats so that I can get that animal protein is but my drinking intake is at about 50 grams of protein. I excersise every day but sdaturday but maybe I should increase my intensity. Anyhow thank you for your response. i appreciate it.
