how much water is everyone getting?
my surgeon wants us to be at 64oz consistantly. i am working on the consistantly part. lol usually i can drink 50-60oz but some days i'm well over 80. i've always been a big drinker, so i thinkthat helps.
one way that i've found is to freeze your water bottle, so it forces you to slow down while you're drinking it - keeps you from getting that "i'm going to bust" feeling. plus, it keeps your water cold for the entire time you're drinking it.
i'm not sure what kind of work you do.. but i'm pretty sure if you went in with a doctor's note saying it is medically necessary for you to be able to drink while working - that they can't stop you! i mean, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen!
i hope you're able to up your fluid intake quite a bit. the last thing you want is to get dehydrated. that can cause so many other problems you don't need to deal with.
Have you tried Propel? It's kind of on the expensive side - but Target usually has it pretty cheap. It has a few more calories than crystal light, but it tastes really good - especially when water is hard and you get sick of the CL. I'm a fan of the lemon. Kind of like a diluted lemonade. It's sweet, but doesn't have that funny fake lemon taste i find Fruit2o has.
hope this helps! Also, maybe try eating watermelon? That has a really high fluid content and count towards your liquid. Just don't "only" ea****ermelon - because it still has calories! lol
good luck!

hey there,
Go to www.thinnerself.com The guy on this website is a WLS patient and has several calculators in place on his site that can help determine the amount of water and protien that we should be getting. I was VERY surprised to see that I need nearly 96 oz's per day based on wt and ht. From the research that I have done his numbers on right on target for each individual.
Just my humble opinion.
Hope every one has a great day!!!
