WOW, Three month check up with PC

Hi all, I have had a lot of WOW moments the last fee days. First of all, my blood pressure is normal and has been since surgery! Then, my cholesterol is down by 100 Points!!!! My liver is perfect, my vitamin levels all came back great. My B-12 is higher than before surgery! I have lost 65 pounds and I am at last under 300!!! I am at 299. I also had a woman at work insist that I try on a shirt last night. it was a size 1X and it fit just a little tight on the hips. Today I went shopping and all my clothes are a size 2X which is wonderful. I started out at 5X. Also, it was all on clerence so I really stock up very cheaply. I also get an employee discount. Anyway, it feels great to be out of the 3's and into the 2's both in size and in weight! Best of all is the continued improvement in my health! Terrie 366/299/ Goal 165

Terrie that is awesome! It must feel wonderful to have the bad stats go down and the good stuff go up!!!! I am so glad your health is improving- Keep it up!

THAT IS GREAT KEEP IT UP when I started my col was in the 200 but now it is 138 that is good also .& my blood pressure is norm

Sounds good, Terrie! I bet that is a load off your mind. You must have done very well with your vitamins; I bet your Dr was proud. Now you can start borrowing clothes from your friend! I had a work-friend clean out her closet and bring me a bag full of clothes. So, I have a few goal outfits now.

Good for you! I feel the same way about the clothes...almost in 1x.
