I feel the same way about the California board sometimes too. I would probably post more if I could get to some of their gatherings, but I just live too far away. They all seem really close.
You're down 50 pounds?! Wow! I still haven't gotten there, but I'm really close. I hate those plateaus, and I get one almost every time I get my period. Grrr. I have been upping my protein to 3-4 shakes a day, now that I have found 4 kinds that I Love. Hopefully that will help. Your calories sound they are right where they are supposed to be (as per my doctor anyway).
What else is going on in your life? What do you do for fun?... That sounds like a good question for the day... (running off to post)

It is helpful to see how everyone else is doing. I've enjoyed reading about everyone's progress and it helps to see that others have plateaus right along with the good weight loss times...and it's reassuring to know that it's NORMAL!
Four weeks is a long time but I've heard of it happening...and then losing more weight quickly after that plateau. Sounds like your weight loss has been good, right around where mine is at 50# for three months post-surgery.
I can go for two weeks at the same weight and then lose 4-5 pounds in the next week...then stay the same for a week or two...that seems to be my pattern of weight loss right now.
I'm sure you'll start losing again very soon. Can you call your nutritionist to go over what you're eating and see if there are any changes that need to be made?
