Ya'll talked me into it. I went to Fitday and registered and starting charting. I was surprised to see how the 2% milk affects my graph. I think I'll be switching to icky fat free now or 1%. Jamie

I know everytime I eat more, I lose more. Is this crazy or what. I still have one protein shake every day. I think I am getting around 900 average, but I actually need to go check this. I have used FitDay every now and then, But I know I will have to use it more when my hunger returns. I have protein snacks too, jerky, salami, yogurt. *Val

yes fit day is a great tool .I was falling way short now I am getting what I should I was never told to eat a 1000 to 1200 a day calories & if you exercise you got to eat more .but now I am getting around a 1000 a day so good luck .I just got to rem to eat, food is not that good any more lol.
