I'm going on my third week w/o any loss. It keeps flucuating up and down. Very frustrating. I do weigh myself everyday...but it doesn't matter if I weigh everyday, once a week, once a month... I'd still be frustrated. This whole process is frustrating. I've been wanting to break the 280 mark for weeks, but its just not happening. I'm at 282 down from 366. I had a 3 1/2 week stall as soon as I got home from the hospital too. Now, that was frustrating. I just keep telling myself that there is no way I'll stay this weight eating what I'm eating and burning 500 + calories an exercise session, 4 to 5 times a week. Don't fret, that scale will start moving again!
