is this normal???
mine was the 24 I went thru a stall also for about 2 weeks lost only like 2 lbs if that but it will kick back in your body needs time to catch up when you are not losing you are losing inches ,I did not lose any but I could fit in pants I was never able to do before so I will take inches alos .hope this helps
I have hit 2 plateaus so far. One was about 3 1/2 weeks and the other was at 3 months out. Both lasted about 2 weeks. I just kept doing what I was told to do and when it broke it broke big time. I have lost 9 pounds in 9 days and down a total of 71 pounds since the start of my life skills classes. Give it time you will do great.

I have gone through two small plateaus both lasting about 2 weeks. It was frustrating and discouraging as I was doing everything I was supposed to. On the second one I started analyzing what I was eating and discovered that I was only taking in between 600 and 700 calories. My dietitian sugested upping my calories slightly to between 800 and 900 and that did the trick. I also tried really hard to get in my 64 oz. of fluid a day as I am not very good at doing that. It does make a difference.
Don't worry. It is normal and it will pass and you will be losing again soon. Just give your body the time it needs to re-adjust.
