thumbs up starting vacation today-heading to palm springs, ca then off to vegas for a few days had 3 month follow up all is well dr happy with my loss work has slowed down thumbs down dr called me greedy - we have to fill out a 'homework' page about what we are eating etc, and one part asks if you are happy with your loss, wish you lost more or wish you lost less....well i said i wish i had lost more of course...but on the whole i'm happy with where i am =) it was a good thumbs down, dr was just teasing me. no other thumbs down....i'm a pretty happy go lucky type of gal.... Thumbs Up: Family and friends and still not very hungry! Thumbs Down: My co-worker/friends 16 year old brother died suddenly he had fluid in his lungs. It has been a very hard few days, her Mom has breast cancer and her Dad is in ICU with heart trouble...and you would think it couldn't get any worse. It does make me want to go home and just love on my kids. Mean/ Rude people in this world!

Thumbs up: Lost 3 ore pounds I am off today I meet a wonderful group of women who have a small dinner support group once a month. I think some of them willing be joining the weekly support group I am starting. I got my DBA today of ObestiyEnders I am make a lot of new friends while building a wonderful support group Pain does not last forever My husband Don is amazing and supportive. Thumbs down: I am tired, tired, tired. I just went back to work a few days a week and I still have a hard time being on my feet for 4 or 5 hours at a time. I can't get in touch with someone I need to speak to about updating my support site. I was hoping it would be ready 2 days ago. It is really hot and for some weird reason when it is hot i have a hard time drinking. I am out of sinc with things today. This is just the universes way of telling me to take a break. Okay, I guess I have more downs today than usual. I know it is time to stop for awhile. Terrie 366/308/ goal 165

Thumbs up: My vitamin order came today! My protein order is due in today! My moving is going along smoothly. My 2 mos checkup last week down 57 lbs. I only don't tolerate bread My weekend is looking really good! Thumbs down: My GF's ex was shot in the chest, in intensive care, don't know what will happen. My son is in China, and I miss him! thumbs up -over a 5 lbs loss this week! On a week in my cycle I usually platue!!! -less then 3 weeks till we go on vacation! -my husband already having an interview with USCIS (AKA INS) for his greencard! which means we can move out of cali soon!!!! -being super close to -60 lbs and -10 BMI points!!!!! thumbs down -CT scan came back with a kidney stone -having to go shopping to go on vaca with. Most people are happy to do that but I don't like 'wasting' money on clothes that hopefully won't fit me in a month.. BUT my best friend is getting married and I REFUSE to look frumpy at his wedding! -being tired. -stressing out at the thught of moving across the country again.. this time with a toddler.. Thumbs up I am finally wearing 22's comfortably. Down from 30/32's. Thumbs down Went to water aerobics last night. Husband out of town for the week on business. Put daughter in the day care. Got 20 minutes of 60 min water aerobic class in before day care brought my daughter in crying. She is 3. I had to get out of the pool and go home!!!! I am having a hard time finding mommy time to exercise after working a full day, up at 6 and home at 6. Ahhhhhhhh! Going to beat husband stupid tonight when he gets home from business trip! Will feel much better, and good exercise too! hahahahahaha

Thumbs up: Spaghetti supper Youth fundraiser was a success Son came home safe and sound, but exhausted from Boy Scout camp. Thumbs down: *very stressed at work *Didn't walk much this week. *Too HOT outside. I'm dog tired.
