April, I am also eating more but I do make very good choices with my food. I eat protein first, then veggies then fruit. I rarely eat bread and even more rarely pasta. I am really careful about the water 1 hour after a meal and 30 mins before a meal. I do protein shakes and protein bars for my snacks. The drinks are better becasue they are easier for our bodies to break down. If I am eating salad, melon, or something juicy I can eat more. If it is dense like steak or a bite of hamburger I can't eat much maybe a bite or two unless I eat really, really small bites. On avarage I eat about 2 oz of protein, 1/2 cup veggie, and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of fruit. Terrie 366/310/ goal 165 www.obesityenders.com

I don't weigh my food so I'm not sure, but I know I am pushing the limits. I told my doctor last week that I think I am eating too much food for me. He told me to make sure I chew well and STOP when I feel like I am getting full..NOT after I am full. But that is so hard. I went out with my girlfriend and we had a dozen crabs and I couldn't leave them on the table. I hated myself for it, but I did it anyway. Also, I'm not proud of this, but I have eaten too much and had to make myself throwup so I would feel better. Each time I hate myself for eating too much and stretching my brand new pouch (3 months). If it tastes good, I keep eating it. The doctor office told me to write down what I am eating during the day and to start measuring the food. Problem is, I don't know how much I am supposed to be eating right now. Anyone know what the measurements of food (protein, etc.) are supposed to be this early?
