Friday thumbs up, thumbs down
Thumbs Up:
wearing my size 14 jeans (from Lane Bryant... do you think their 14s are bigger than other 14s?)
shopped at New York and Co.
taking more pictures with me in them
able to eat anything I want, and STILL making good choices
figured out that the heart-pain is from eating too much or eating too fast
got my new hi-protein cookbook
Thumbs Down:
ate too much and ate too fast
getting on the scale more than once a week
still between a 1X and an XL at department stores
accidentally wore a too-big tank to work and my bra was hanging out. Luckily I had a cardigan to cover up with.
cleaned so much of my clothing out of the closet, hubby's clothes fit in there now too. Sharing a closet again sucks.
All my bras are too big. No idea what size I am now. I dread being a B-cup.
Is there such a thing as drinking too much decaf coffee at 13 weeks out?
no dumping
haven't gotten bloodwork done yet, and I Need to go in for my 3-month checkup
no loss this week
