need snack ideas
I don't know how good these are or not but I have been doing sunflower seeds just a small amount at a time. I put them in a peanut jar and have them next to my desk to snack on.
Otherwise S/F pudding or SB protein bars (I can only eat a few bites) they are gritty but somewhat of a treat. I try to have string chesse on hand, or fake crab meat (only it goes bad before I eat it all) that is all I can think of right now. Besides protein shakes that is either my breakfast or my bedtime snack.
This is what I found on the web- I don't think the stuff I had was that high in protein but I am not positive...All I know is that it is good stuff warm or cold!
