Hi guys! I went to my doctor for my 3 month checkup today, according to his scale I was down 55lbs...I like my scale better ! I had to have a very MEAN B-1 shot, for those of you who've never had one...take your sublingual B-complex so you don't have to have one!!! They hurt like CRAZY! They gave me some chewable iron samples, so we'll see how that does for me. All in all, it went well, they went over what I'm eating, she told me to keep my total consumption each meal to 1/2c or less. So, if I need to squeeze in a 6th meal to get in all my protein, then that's what I need to do. So that gives me a goal

I don't understand how each Dr's office can have such varying plans, I am suppose to be up to a cup of food at each meal X3times a day. The only thing I can eat a cup of is soup or chili. He tells me you have to eat, drink and exercise to lose weight.... But your DR wants you at 1/2 c or less? I guess if we are losing and keeping up our bodies as well that is what matters.

Ditto Jenni- I just saw my nut yesterday and she said I should be up to a cup per meal (if I'm that hungry) but no more. I was also able to delete the second shake I was having everyday and up my protein 1-2 oz. per meal if needed. Denise

I almost dropped trou at the Dr.s office b/c their scale said higher than mine. Ha! How much is trhe difference between the scales you use and the Dr.'s? Glad to hear that you're on track and have a goal. Was the Dr. proud of your loss? Did they give you a goal weight? Mine won't give me one, but I'm wondering if that will change. Congrats! Jenn
