Finally a WOW moment!!

So this is going to sound strange but it was my 'first' real WOW moment.... I was taking a shower this morning.... and as always I was a bit cold so I decided to just lean up against the shower wall (as I normally do when I am cold) to warm up under the ho****er ... well normally I lean up against it on my shoulder.. so this time when I leaned up against it, it HURT!!! So I put my hand up to investigate what caused the pain... low and behold.. there is a bone that isn't cushioned by fat anymore up there kind of sticking out!!!!! So when I leaned onto the wall it hit the wall before my fat did... kind of odd but that was a real WOW moment for me. I am down only 45 pounds at 2&1/2 months out.. but down 42 inches. I have had a hard time seeing any difference in me (of course my hubby has seen it and commented on it many many times to me and to others) but today when that bone hit the shower wall... I was taken aback!!! Good luck to everyone and have a very happy and safe 4th. Remember OUR Troops!!! Tracee

Congratulations on your wow moment - doesn't it feel great. I had a good day today too. I felt slim if that makes sense - slimmer than normal anyway. Then I met someone in the elevator at work that hasn't seen me in months and she said wow you are getting so skinny. I just smiled and said thanks. Feels great to know that people are actually noticing now and that its not all in my head. Those wow moments are great and we deserve every one of then. I wish you many more to come. Carolyn

That's an excellent WOW moment! My first one was in the shower too. I could fit the towel all the way around me. That still gives me a thrill every morning. The next bone that will start to hurt is your knees when you wake up in the morning (if you sleep on your side, they rest on each other). Congratulations!
