Just Curious, How much can you eat ???
This is an interesting topic. I am 13 weeks out from an RNY.
breakfast: protein drink, Nectar Cappacino
water until just before lunch
lunch: often 2/3 C. Amy's Lentil/Vegetable soup and a piece of string cheese, or...2 pieces string cheese and some strawberries
water until home after work
i try to squeeze in another protein drink
dinner: assorted .. maybe some tuna mixed w/light miracle whip, maybe rice & beans, or just some black beans (I find beans go down quite easily) 2 or 3 lowfat crackers
snack: (which I am giving up after talking to my nutritionist) a blue bunny sugar free ice cream treat. She says, not a good habit unless you can limit it to once a month. So, I will be switching to fresh fruit and/or vegetables for that.
I have had problems getting food to stay down, so I guess I need CHEW more...!!!
