Coffee Drinkers...

Hi all!! I hope you are all doing well! Ok .. this may not be a 'brand new' idea or anything but it is something I have just recently started and it is helping me get more protein into one day. Ok I went to GNC and picked up some un-flavored protein powder. Now .. I for one am an avid coffee drinker (caffine free of course) so this is what I have been doing.... I make my coffee as normal then take a teaspoon of the protein powder and stir it in. I did try to do a whole scoop of the powder but it just didn't taste right. So.. in a nutshell... 1 cup of coffee + 1 teaspoon of fat free creamer + 1 packett of splenda + 1 teaspoon of unflavored protein powder = not a bad taste and extra protein for me!!! If anyone has any other ideas on how to add this un-flavored protein mix into foods with out it being noticed.. please post Take care all... Tracee

I've mied the isopure chocolate flavored into coffee for a mocha treat.. I actually forgot I did this. I think I liked it..

You can put up tp 4 scoops of unflavored protein powder in any sugar free jello pudding that uses 2 cups of milk, use skim/1% or 2%. It actually makes 6 or 7 servings.

Ditto to Carol, I mix in 2 scoops into 2 cups skim milk for pudding. I also put a Tablespoon of protein powder into my dry oatmeal before the water and microwave. I tried putting it in yogurt, but grossed myself out.

I put the protein in my tea. I just add it to the whole gallon since I drink it down in about two days. Whatever works to get the protein in. I also find that it helps keep my wanting to snack all the time, down. Jennifer
