Coffee Drinkers...
Hi all!! I hope you are all doing well!
Ok .. this may not be a 'brand new' idea or anything but it is something I have just recently started and it is helping me get more protein into one day. Ok I went to GNC and picked up some un-flavored protein powder. Now .. I for one am an avid coffee drinker (caffine free of course) so this is what I have been doing.... I make my coffee as normal then take a teaspoon of the protein powder and stir it in. I did try to do a whole scoop of the powder but it just didn't taste right.
So.. in a nutshell... 1 cup of coffee + 1 teaspoon of fat free creamer + 1 packett of splenda + 1 teaspoon of unflavored protein powder = not a bad taste and extra protein for me!!!
If anyone has any other ideas on how to add this un-flavored protein mix into foods with out it being noticed.. please post
