Does anyone know of a food diary that can be downloaded?
I'm struggling to get in all my protein and water in a day. I thought maybe I'd do better if I tracked both in a "diary". Has anyone seen such a thing on-line?
I had my RNY on 4/19/06 and have lost 53 lbs, so far. I'm sure the rate I'm losing will slow down if I don't figure out how to get in more protein. I also hope I'll get more energy.
