48% of excess weight gone!!
Hi everyone - just wanted to say hello to everyone....I don't get a chance to post often anymore, but do check in to see how everyone is doing. And it seems you all are doing pretty darn well.
I went to my nutritionist yesterday for my three month appointment and I have lost 48% of my excess weight in three months! She was really pleased....and so am I. I am so thankful to have had this surgery.

Thanks Jenni - I AM thrilled. I usually have a Dannon Light n'Fit Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt Smoothie for breakfast. For lunch I have either cottage cheese and a piece of fruit or a cup of some sort of dense protein like chicken or beef (I'm not much of a fish person). For dinner I have a dense protein and a vegetable (totaling about a cup). I don't snack often, but if I do, I have cheese and whole wheat Triscuits or a Healthy Choice Fudge Bar. I take all supplements and get in my fluids....and I walk every day at lunch for about a half hour. That is my program....not much different from many I've read.
