Hi there...Hope that you are all doing and feeling great today! B- sf jello w/sf cool whip and 1/4 scoop unflavored protein powder L- 1/2 cup chunky vegetable soup D- probably small piece of steak, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup steam veggies S- ham and cheese roll-up (probably) This will actually be a good day for me...I have been on a vegetable soup kick for over a month now...that is breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks!!!! UGH!!! I never would've guessed soup to be a trigger food for me!!! How is your food day going?

breakfast / protein shake lunch/ salad & cut up chicken in it dinner / 5 shrimp & 1/2 potatoe snack sugar free popcycle alot of water lol all day for me no soup for a while still makes me sick eat to much after surgery

I had: B: 1/4 c. reg. oatmeal and 1 sl. bacon s:water L: 1oz hambuger patti and 2oz pea salad D: not sure I have had almost 80oz of water. yea!! God Bless Crystal 320/243/150

B- Low Sugar/Low Carb Dannon Yogurt S- nothing L- 2 string cheeses S- Beef Jerkey (like 3 pieces) D- Half baked potato I got in about 60 ozs of water... Food just doesn't taste right to me anymore I am kinda depressed, it just seems like I am not losing enough I had surgery the 5th of April and am only down 55 lbs 293/238/145

B - 1oz LF cheddar L - Turkey meatloaf, few bites of zucchini, couple bites of rice D - 1 Hard boiled egg, 1 dill pickle spear And I'll probably drink a glass of vanilla soy milk before I go to sleep tonight. I've had about 60 oz of water today.

Emily CONGRATS ON THE 55 LB LOSS!!!! That's great...when else have you lost 55 lbs in just short of 3 months? Your doing great!!!! I had surgery on april 17th and I'm down 50 lbs....would I have liked to loose more? sure, but I have never lost this much weight this fast!! Keep up the great work!!

That is true... I haven't seen the scale go down in a long, long time Congrats on your 50 lbs as well!!

Hello b - protein bar (20 gr) l - 3 oz chicken (21 gr) d - 3 oz chicken (21 gr) that's it so far, at bed time when i take my last calcium i'll have a string cheese and i believe it has 7 gr if protien in it. Ruth Ann 265/215/132

Breakfast-cup of OJ Snack- 1/2 an apple without the skin Lunch - about 4 tablespoons egg salad and 3 crackers ( Atleast I ate it this time because I also used to skip lunch as well) Snack - 3 chunks of watermelon Dinner - Nothing yet and it's 7pm, I need to find SOMETHING. I'm on vacation at my parents house, so I'm having a hard time eating right (protein and water). My thing is I eat ALOT of fruit but barely anything else. I LOVE fruit. I usually do well at getting my protein in, but like I said, I'm at my parent's house and they eat differently than I do. My mom is making turkey when she gets home at 11pm though, so I'll probably eat that as my "dinner". Sherry 295/248/175
