Hi there...Hope that you are all doing and feeling great today!
B- sf jello w/sf cool whip and 1/4 scoop unflavored protein powder
L- 1/2 cup chunky vegetable soup
D- probably small piece of steak, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup steam veggies
S- ham and cheese roll-up (probably)
This will actually be a good day for me...I have been on a vegetable soup kick for over a month now...that is breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks!!!! UGH!!! I never would've guessed soup to be a trigger food for me!!!
How is your food day going?
B- Low Sugar/Low Carb Dannon Yogurt
S- nothing
L- 2 string cheeses
S- Beef Jerkey (like 3 pieces)
D- Half baked potato
I got in about 60 ozs of water...
Food just doesn't taste right to me anymore I am kinda depressed, it just seems like I am not losing enough I had surgery the 5th of April and am only down 55 lbs

Breakfast-cup of OJ
Snack- 1/2 an apple without the skin
Lunch - about 4 tablespoons egg salad and 3 crackers ( Atleast I ate it this time because I also used to skip lunch as well)
Snack - 3 chunks of watermelon
Dinner - Nothing yet and it's 7pm, I need to find SOMETHING.
I'm on vacation at my parents house, so I'm having a hard time eating right (protein and water).
My thing is I eat ALOT of fruit but barely anything else. I LOVE fruit. I usually do well at getting my protein in, but like I said, I'm at my parent's house and they eat differently than I do. My mom is making turkey when she gets home at 11pm though, so I'll probably eat that as my "dinner".
