Protein
I aim for 70-90 grams per day per my nutritionists 'guidelines'. Some days I'm lower, others higher. I drink one or two shakes per day depending on how much I eat. Grouchy Pouchy AKA 'the Boss', doesn't like white chicken, pork, and beef, except for ground, is out of the question. I ate tuna yesterday for the first time and it didn't bother me, I called DH almost crying with joy! I do eat some vegetarian "meat" for protein but otherwise live on ground beef, turkey, chicken for 90% of my meat. Sigh...
