Eating in the morning
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone else is having problems eating in the morning. I exercise first thing in the morning so I drink my water with my pills then I drink water will working out and on my way home from the gym.
However, even after being up and waiting about 2 hours to eat I find it hard to eat much in the morning.
I have always been a breakfast person so I know it is not just a bad habit. Is anyone else struggling with this?
BTW, I do eat i just feel like I have to force myself too.

I always felt a bit nausiated in the mornings and was unable to eat until around 11 a.m.
My doctor advised me that this was not a good idea and told me to have a protein drink (yuk) or eat something...doesn't have to be breakfast food. So, about a month ago I started eating vegetable soup and it has helped me with the nausia feeling and it tastes good

I have trouble eating when I first wake up so usually wait until I've been up 2 hours or so. But have found that it's easier for me to get my liquids down first thing in the morning than at any other time of day.
Cabot makes individually wrapped low fat cheddar servings.
I grab one and eat it when I get to the office. It's 50 calories and high in protein and tides me over until lunch.

I have a protien shake with my vitamins and coffee in the morning at that's it. After having my first fill on 6/6 I can't eat anything solid until about 10 or 11. I am starting to lose that restriction now though, so I am eating more....time for another. I don't go bac****il 8/31. I don't know how I'll do it.
