Sweat

Hi all, I just got back from the gym. I am now doing 30 mins of cardio everyday. I was on the eliptical and I started sweating. Not insanely and my pulse was not to high. I just started swaeting becasue my body is learning how to work properly again. I do not enjoy swaet but it does feel good to know my body is starting to work right. For years I did not swaet at all. I would just get over heated, dizzy and have to stop what i was doing due to a raise in blood pressure. Now I work out, I swaet, I drink, I feel great. Also, I am starting to get muscles in my legs and arms!!!! I can really feel them. My energy is getting better everyday. Life is very, very good!

I bought me a thing that tell how many miles u walk so i put it on at work & i walked 5 miles i felt good lol then i came home i walked another mile & 1/2 & i ride my bike but i need to go to gym just have not got there yet ,sweat yes but it takes alot for me to dnt know but i stay cold all the time now never did before but now i freeze lol body is not working that hard any more .
