Monday morning BLAHS!

I need some good vibes to get going today! I am so tired and can't get moving...I have a grant to write so I can have a job next year and can't think stright to even write! My get up and go, got up and left without telling me! I got all my protein and water in this weekend so I don't know why I am so tired!

This happens to me about every 4th day and lasts for about two days.. it SUCKS! And I always get my protein and liquids. The nurse at my doctors office said it's normal to feel "sluggish" at times due to the amount of weight we're losing. I'm not complaining about the weight loss! but I sure as heck will be glad when the other passes. Today I feel up and full of energy. By Thursday or so, I'll be again. Are you exercising/walking? I've been slacking in that department so maybe that's part of it too.

I haven't been walking as much as I would like too be, but last weekend I did walk lots and for work I get to walk twice a week...I haven't went back to Curves yet I am hoping to get the OK Friday when I see my Dr. I am hoping he doesnt flame me for losing to much weight like he did last time. Oh well what ya gona do I do eat but I can't eat much so.....I drink my protein drinks and hope (and pray) my labs look good!

I get tired either from sleeping too much or two little, not getting enough B12, eating too many carbs, or just feeling a bit depressed and wanting to crawl back into my bed. Wake up Lady! You have a job to get! Good Luck!
