It has been a long week...LOL...thank God it is Friday
I think I may have finally broken the vegetable soup kick that I've been on for two weeks. I was eating it for all of my meals...LOL...but there is no more left, although I could buy more!!! *blushing*
B- 1/2 cup of vegetable soup
L- 1/4 of garlic beef lean cuisine
d- probably salad with ham/turkey/cheese/tomato/cucumber/ranch
s- maybe I will try 1/4 cup of the Kashi cereal (dry) that I bought yesterday
water....working on 20 ounces...UGH!

B: some cheese
S: I tried a bite of my friend WW chocolate cake.. it 10gr of sugar for the whole thing which is like 2 inches, but you know I found it way too sweet!
L: eggs.. not sure how I'llhave them.. scrambled fried, deviled sounds good
S: sugar free popcicle
D: not sure. My family is having the rest of their pizza though. maybe I will make me a nice omlet with cheese and mushrooms.

Calcium: taken off till End of july dude to possible kidney stones.
8am- 1/2 c grits and an egg fried in low fat cooking spray (all mixed together..lol)
11am- spinach salad w/grilled chicken, LF shredded cheddar, green onions, turkey bacon bits and LF ranch dressing
2pm - salmon patty, wedge of watermelon
530 - 3 sushi rolls w/salmon, cucumber, and scallions and i LOVE pickled ginger. wasn't sure if i could handle it but did just fine : )
8pm - 11 oz protein shake
60 ounces of water or crystal light

hi there
i have a question! when you say you ate 3 sushi rolls, did you eat the rice, too? i've been going out for sushi at least once a week, and getting tuna sashimi and a spicy tekka roll. i only eat the insides of the roll and haven't attempted to eat the rice, too.
does it give you any problems?
