Friday thumbs up and thumbs down! In this post you can tell us anything you want I'll start to give you an idea. Thumbs up: My friend showing up out of the blue from Iowa! Thumbs up: to aving an amazing supportive husband who has been meassurign my weightloss with his hands and how much better the fit on way to make a woman feel Sexy! *smooch* Thumbs down: to this platue I am on. Thumbs up: to realizing this won't last and not being as upset as last time. Thumbs down: to not getting as much protien and I should.. Bad stacey Thumbs down: to not eatting as much period as I should.

UGH! give up! Thumbs up--- At the PCP weighted in at 249!!! Last time I was there was 302! Thumbs up---For martial relations since my WLS! Thumbs down-- For having to eat so much to get protein in and drinking water.... In all my life I never thought I would ever say that- having to eat! I hope everyone has an awesome weekend!

Thumbs down: to eating to fast and feeling like my chest will explode Thumbs down: to the learning curve of how to eat slooooooooow. Thumbs up: to 42 pounds gone forever!!! Thumbs up- Down a pound or two In a size 16, solidly XXL's from Old Navy are noticeably too big Still working out 4 times a week Walking the dogs 3x a week Everyone keeps calling me "skinny minnie" I think I feel collarbones! Not forgetting my vitamins! Getting all my water (I now LOVE Crystal Lite Iced Tea) Trying new foods South Beach Diet Foods! Thumbs Down- None of my shirts fit and I look like a hobo at work. I hate shopping, especially when you don't know what size you wear so you take in 3 sizes of the same shirt into a dressing room with a 6 item limit, so you only get to try on two articles of clothes at a time... *pant, pant, pant*...... I hate shopping. In that in-between plus size and normal size land where nothing looks right Selling or giving away cute shirts that I only wore once Not recognizing dumping Having "mild" dumping, just enough to make you wish you hadn't eaten that fruit smoothie, but not enough to say you're sick Not knowing if you are eating enough or too much SLOW weight loss in the two weeks of your period! (the one before and the one during) Not using Mederma b/c it makes my scars itch and burn

Great idea! I really needed to remind myself of all the Thumbs Up in my life: Thumbs UP to: 47 lbs gone! Getting rid of the "Fat, FAT Clothes" Fitting into "regular" sized clothes Not freaking out about having a picture taken of me Kind of figuring out how to chew enough GNC Pure Protien Shakes - 35 gr protien, portable! Having my family and friends notice the changes - everyone thinks I've had a face lift! Thumbs Down to: Being really tired Not recognizing the "full" signal and throwing up Not drinking enough See you next week!
