I joined the gym!
Hi all,
Well I did it I went to the gym to see how crowded it was at the time I would like to go and work out and I joined. Then I worked out on the bike, the eliptcal, and the arm machine and went home.
It felt SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good to be back at the gym. I have been so tired the past month. That is why I have not been posting much. I am at last starting to get my energy back and now I am ready to get into a healthy routine. I will be going to the gym Mon, Wed, and Fri to start and then added Tues, Thurs, and Sat as I start doing upperbody work-outs. For now I am just doing cartio until I get approved for more intense work-outs by my doctor.
I am also hoping this helps with toning and increasing my weight loss. At this point I am losing about 2 pounds a week.
Anyway, I am really excited!

I've been so tired this past week myself, mostly my fault...not getting all my protein and water in and plus staying up late. So I haven't been to the gym at all this week. I'm going today though...doing a water aerobics class. My husband also just bought us a treadmill so I just need to get my energy levels back up to in order to be motivated to use the dang thing. You've had a great weight loss!! Keep up the good work and stay in the gym!

Hi Terrie... Congrats on the gym and your workout. I have GOT to start exercising and walking more. Someone gave me a gazelle and I've been doing that morning and night but that's it. I am going to start swimming again this weekend. My last wound is completely healed ( i was not thinking about it and went swimming a few weeks ago with the scab still on ). It got all infected and I had to go on antibiotics. Not fun!
Terrie, correct me if I'm wrong, but yours and my surgeries were only a day apart. Yesterday was 7 weeks for me. If your 366/324 calculations are right..... then you have lost 42 pounds (the same as me). That is """6""" pounds a week, not 2. Am I missing something here or did you just make a typo (please say typo... i love losing 6 pounds a week!! )
