What's for lunch?
I make it with diced (very very small) chicken, diced waterchestnuts, diced carrots, and diced scallions.. I stir fry it up with some hoison sauce. just a table spoon or 2.
then you serve it with lettuce leaves
you wrap the meat int he lettuce leaves and it makes an aweome summer meal
You can buy some frozen ones at trader joe's too.
I had 1/4 of a Chicken and bacon wrap from Subway.....First time trying a wrap and it went down ok....The whole thing has something like over 35 grams of protein in it!!! I only had the chicken, bacon, and 2 types of cheese on it, with a little ranch dressing. I have not been cleared for anything "salady" yet.....
