I am no longer in the 300lbs range after seven weeks!!!!!! I got on the scale this evening and was like whoaaaaaa!!!! This is GREAT!!!!! By the by any of you have the plateau buster diet available? Thanks! YEA!!!!!!! cutey!!!!
