One other Question about Protein Bars?

I am 8 weeks out last week which is 2 months and down 52 pds. Will be 9 weeks out at the end of this week and wanted to know when are you able to start eating the protein bars? I have some and think I would do better with that then the protein shakes. Thanks Fridayss Are Nice

I started eating protien bars at 6 weeks and let me tell ya.... It is much easier to eat protien than it is to drink it. LOL I should go out and get more of them. LOL Just try it, your stomach will let you know. Good luck!

I agree with Jenifer. I like the Power Crunch bars, but they do have a lot of carbs for 14g of protein. But, boy are they tasty! Go for it and see how you do. But I know a lot of people who can only eat half at a time, like the Pure Protein bars.

I started at 6 weeks. I do both .. shakes and bars. But if I am going to have a bar I make sure I didn't have too many other carbs throughout the day. The bars I eat are Pure Protein Bars, 20 grams of protein and don't taste very good (I've had the strawberry shortcake & smores). I prefer the shakes. and i can eat a whole bar.
