2 month blood work

I just had my 2 month post op blood work done, and all came back fine, except my B1(Thiamine) was low. Now I am taking a bcomlex suppliment on top of my everyday vitamins,,,how was everyone elses labs???? Vee

I'm so curious about my labs, but my doc doesn't do them until we're 3 months out. Harrumph.

I didn't hear anything from my one month and I don't need to do my next untill I go back end of july

I just gave blood today - so I probably won't hear anything until next week. I got a huge charlie horse the other morning. It's still hurting. I wonder if it's a sign that I'm lacking something? I'm interested in finding out. I haven't always been good about taking my vits - sometimes I'll skip a dose or two.

At my 1 month check up, I was low on my B-1, and I had to get a shot of b-1. It burns alot! I now take a B-1 supplement everyday. I have to do my blood work again the beginning of July. I am pretty good about taking all of my vitamins. I do not like shots!!! Take care, Wendy
