We have swim team tonight for my daugher so...for a quick meal, I put in potatoes to bake and we will be adding sour cream, cheese, black olives and bacopn pieces.

I do boca burgers w/2% cheese on top. It's a minute in the microwave and 18 grams of protein. They taste different, but not bad. I put mustard and low carb kethcup on them too. I do these because my surgeon doesn't want us having beef products until 6 months out...its a nice substitution.

I keep canned turkey in the cupboard so I can make turkey salad and either eat it plain or on low fat wheat thins when I'm in a hurry. I made some today and put some turkey bacon pieces in it. It was really good.

little low-carb wheat tortilla
put 2T LF ricotta on top, then low sugar marinara, then a 5oz can of chicken.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup skim mozarella and put under the broiler for a few minutes. Tiny pizza!
