Well guys another wonderful wow moment

Hello all, I just wanted to let you all know that I had another wow moment I have met my 2nd goal I have offically lost 51pds I am so excited this has been such a blessing of a journey. I am looking forward to my next goal and that is 100 so I know that one is going to take some time but I am willing to wait. Hope you all are doing well and please share your wow moments I would love to read them. hugs and love lisa

Congratulations Lisa! Wow, you are rockin' on down the road. Do you have any small goals set for yourself to motivate you until you get to 100? I said I was going to get a massage for every 30 pounds I lost and this weekend... I'm doin' it! I'm down 34 since surgery and 49 total. My best wow moment was in the first month after surgery.. I could wrap the bath towel around my body without any belly showing. That still makes me smile, every morning.

How fantastic Lisa! My first WOW moment was losing 21# in the first two weeks...that was wonderful. Of course my weight loss has not been that dramatic since then but still it was GREAT! Sharon
