I am pretty sure your loss is fine. My docs told me 4-6 pounds per week. For 7 weeks that would be 28-42 lbs, and you are little bit ahead of that. It also depends alot on your weight before. The higher your pre-surgery weigh the quicker the initial loss should go. Sorry to hear you can eat so much, as much as I HATE not being able to eat much, I would be struggling if I could eat more. But it sounds as if you are doing a great job of stopping. Some people don't feel full, and I know of a few people that can overeat and never feel it. They don't feel full, empty, pressure, pain or anything. My full is very different than before, I would say it is more a feeling of extreme pressure and sometimes discomfort. Good Luck to you!!!! You are doing great! You can do it! Blessings, Heidi L-S

B: usually 1 egg s: 1 oz cheese L: varies usually a couple slices of lunch meat S:protien shake D: 2 ounces of meat then a little bit of whatever sides I make. S: sugar free pudding or a popscicle I get m full 64 or more a day of water. My doc has me on 5-6 small meals so thats how i think of my day. I was down 40 lbs as of today.. 31 since op so that is 31 lbs in 38 days! it just seems amazing to me.. esp know I platued for just over a week!!! I usually stop because I know I've had enough. Sometimes I eat so slow thats why I don't feel full. i know when I eat fast I feel it.

Lately I don't even want to eat. It's weird, 'cause early last week I was starting to freak because I felt like I was beginning to be able to eat more. Today I have been really bad and have not been following an eating schedule. But I'm trying to get my fluids in. I've been on the low side for a couple days, and I can tell. As much as I would rather not have all my hair fall out, my docs said that they don't put people in the hospital for malnutrition, they put people in for dehydration, so I guess the #1 priority needs to be the liquids. Breakfast (at 11 am) - Soynuts - Maybe 1/4 cup, I kind of nibbled. Lunch - Approx 1/8 a cup of spaghetti noodles with meat sauce, 1/4 cup cottage cheese. - I felt very full, this was a lot! Dinner - 1/4 cup of soynuts No snacks today. I often have soynuts or a cheese stick, and sometimes a SF Popsicle or SF Fudgsicle or a Low-Carb ice cream snack. Got my vitamins in, but still trying to get the liquids in. It has been a very nice weekend, I actually got my house mostly cleaned up, and spent alot of a fun time with the kids! God Bless You All!
