I'm going through the same thing. I think I want something, but when I get it, I don't want it. I have been doing my protein drinks and reminding myself that I also need to eat.

Can't believe that was only a week ago. I am again doing better, few regrets. Right now I do not want to eat anything most of the time. I eat only to get some protein in. It is all so odd. Anyway I am doing better. I bought a scale the day after I posted originally and it definitely helped to be able to see my progress in numbers. I am trying to keep myself to weighing once or twice a week. I'm itching to check it right now. But the last time I checked it was up (I hadn't been eating any more, so I am pretty sure it was water weight from not getting my fluids in.) I am also excited to get into some old clothes soon. I'm close. I have to dig through my storage and see what else I have. God Bless You All! You've been a great help to me! Heidi L-S
