Welcome home. I am glad you are well enough to come home now. I know I got better a lot faster at home than I did being in the hospital. Take good care of yourself, drink your water, drink your protein drinks and most of all take your vitamins. Believe me it will keep you healthy if you follow your doctor's instructions. I know it's not easy to get all of the water in but try. It takes me all day to get the water in but I keep drinking from the moment I get up til the moment I go to bed.
I can't wait to see you change. I know you have already lost over 200 pounds and now this time you'll loose about twice that much and it will be much easier. I'm never hungry and I love that it makes loosing weight so much easier.
Best of luck,
Zoe
Brian - its good to hear that you are out of the hospital. Take good care of yourself and try to do what the docs have told you to. I looked at your profile and you are an inspiration. You took that huge step to make your life better. Those first 200 lbs prior to surgery must have been hard - you are so brave. Now that your surgery is over and hopefully you are recouperating better now I pray that things will be easier for you. I won't say that it will be an easy road but it won't be the monster mountain highway that it would have been without the surgery. 65 lbs since surgery is awesome and the more you loose the more you will be able to become active and continue. Keep up the good work. We are here for you - keep us posted.
