* Do you eat a certain amount, or just eat until you feel full?
I eat until I'm full. I have plateaued because I'm not getting in enough calories and I've been stuck for 3 weeks. So now I eat until I'm full and since my taste buds are back in action, I'm loving the eating!
* What are your favorite foods right now to eat?
Chicken and Beef Enchiladas. Chicken quesadillas.
* How much protein do you get in each day?
Well I don't really know. I think i'm getting enough though because I have protein with each meal, either cheese, eggs, or some type of lean meat.
* How much water do you get in each day?
Atleast 64oz.
* Are you taking your vitamins/calcium on a regular basis?
I take two multi-vitamins each day and a b12 sublingual.
* Anything else you want to share?
I do dump so I don't have sweets or greasy food. And I notice I can eat ALOT more lately. But I'm glad because I was starving myself with no weightloss prior to the fact that I could eat more.
My body is not liking the change. I've had my period 3x and I'm getting acne, this is HORRID!
