What is B-12 Sublingual, where do you get it and what dosage do you take? Thanks

Sublingual means you put it under your tongue and it dissolves. You can get it at drug stores or health food stores. I did check at my grocery store that carries a lot of vitamins but they didn't have the sublingual. Walmart/Kmart MAY have it too. I ended up getting mine at the local GNC and they were on sale for like $9 for 100 and I take one a day.. 1000 mcg. They're berry flavor and taste pretty darn good. I would definitely check with your surgeons office before taking though. Some want you to take the sublingual, some want you to get the shots.

Brenda - I agree with Lisa. I take the same B-12 she is (from GNC) and I am only supposed to take once per week. Good luck Denise
